This is a WIP so may change later.
So his personal files include:
The experiments, treatments and surgeries done to him to change him, as well as a list of what he can do all together.(including things he doesn't know about yet. It's messy and coded, he hasn't figured them out yet.)
A secret take over of heartland by Academia.(or so he assumes, it's pretty much true.) Which effectively puts him in a bind. Continue dueling and supporting Academia and all it's plans and projects, but also be there for Heartland which he wants to do. Or leave heartland and stop supporting Academia.(and he would have to leave or risk everyone around him.) He's not sure he made the right choice or that he even likes his choice.
--he still has no knowledge of Ruri being "held captive"(I don't know what exactly this means yet either.) (which is why his shun is so adamant on getting duels and tournaments done on time and wining as many as possible.) All he knows is the two of them were acting oddly the last time he saw them.
((--So I've figured out why he didn't just go to Shun with the info. Given it made sense to make Shun his manager.(despite being more then capable the idea of leaving either of them in someone else's hands....plus trauma, who doesn't like moral struggles?) Not that it does him any good as he's stuck trying to choose between the two.(with Academia's interest in Ruri and their plans for Yuuto.) Damage control is about the best he can manage...and you know not telling Yuuto about it.
He's also I think secretly working with Reiji during this time in the hopes of getting both Ruri and Yuuto out of the mess their in.(Even if it means leaving Heartland.)
"Damage control" is trying to not have them overload poor Yuuto too quickly or all at once. He still has to sign off on certain treatments, knows Yuuto's "Too real" nightmares are real, etc. It's also his name on the bottom of the papers Yuuto has with Academia's signiture(and heartland's) and it's confused him(Yuuto) a lot.))
